Don’t make me think by Steve Krug. This book provides several practical advices on making websites more user friendly. I felt I had already internalized a lot of the good practices suggested by having worked with web tools that inherited a lot of designs made by someone with good UX knowledge. It was useful to see them listed out explicitly though.
